The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a named third party who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods. Consequences of withdrawal

​

If the customer withdraws from this contract, TOLDYS e.U. must refund all payments received by TOLDYS e.U., including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which TOLDYS e.U. receives notification of the withdrawal from the contract. For this repayment, TOLDYS e.U. will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will charges be made for this repayment. TOLDYS e.U. may refuse repayment until TOLDYS e.U. has received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to TOLDYS e.U. without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which TOLDYS e.U. was informed of the revocation of the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period, otherwise the direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne. The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
